Fihan ("the app," "we," "us") is built around a simple rule: your photos, videos, and audio stay on your device. This policy explains exactly what that means.

What Fihan accesses, and why

Camera — only when you choose to take a photo for the app to analyze. Nothing is captured without you tapping the shutter.
Photo & video library — only when you choose to pick a file for the app to analyze.
Files you save from the app — if you save a result, it's written to the app's own storage on your device, using the operating system's normal file storage.

Fihan has no server, no account system, and no analytics or tracking of any kind. Every algorithm runs entirely on your device. Nothing you give the app — no photo, video, sound, or result — is ever uploaded, transmitted, or seen by us, because there is no channel for it to travel through.

Data we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, browsing history, or any other personal information. We do not use cookies or any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We cannot see the photos, videos, or audio you use with the app, because that data never leaves your device.

In-app purchases

If Fihan offers an in-app purchase, it is processed entirely by Apple's App Store (or Google Play, on Android) — Fihan never receives or stores your payment details. Apple's and Google's own privacy policies govern that transaction.

Children's privacy

Fihan does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information from anyone. The app has no age gate because it has nothing to gate.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future feature needs to send data somewhere — we'll update this page and change the date above before that feature ships.
